NEXUS Engineering Corp designs and manufactures conveyors in Taiwan. Every machine is drawn for the installation it is going into, built in our own workshop, and test-run before it is loaded.
The company
What NEXUS makes
NEXUS Engineering Corp designs and manufactures spiral conveyors that move goods between levels on a continuous track, curve conveyors that change the direction of a run, and miniature conveyors that close the gap between two machines. The Spiral Curve Conveyor, which turns on a spiral path, sits with the curve conveyors.
The goods are rigid unit loads — cartons, crates, bottles, cans, tires and similar items. The spirals run upwards, downwards or bidirectionally, and are used for vertical conveying, accumulation and process time. They can also provide the conveying length and process time required for cooling or drying between production stages. The slat chain the goods travel on is designed and manufactured by NEXUS in Taiwan.
The machines go into internal logistics, food and non-food processing, and printing — light-duty and heavy-duty conveyance alike.
The company is based in Tainan, Taiwan, and the products are made there.
How we work
Custom is the default
NEXUS designs and manufactures spiral, curve and miniature conveyors for different needs on a production line: moving products between levels, changing direction and transferring small products between machines.
Each conveyor is configured around the product, required throughput, available space and the equipment at the infeed and discharge.
Conveyors are generally supplied as standalone units. Customers can integrate them into their production lines themselves or work with a system integrator.
Before it ships
Built, run and loaded
Every conveyor is test-run before shipment, and a video of the test run is shared with the customer.

Conveyors are test-run in the NEXUS workshop before shipment.

Packing
Packing is selected to suit the machine's size and transport requirements.

Loading
The machine is loaded for shipment, ready to be positioned and levelled on site.
