Every NEXUS conveyor is custom designed — around the goods, the space available, and the equipment it has to connect to.
The machine
NEXUS does not sell a catalogue machine. Structural design, materials and the colour scheme are all part of designing each conveyor. Conveyors are generally supplied as standalone units, and customers can integrate them into their production lines themselves or work with a system integrator.
NEXUS's project records include a spiral finished in SS304 for a dairy line, a 200 mm stainless steel side guard on a logistics installation and a 900 mm-wide machine for tyres.
Best suited for
- A spiral that has to meet a curve at a particular orientation
- A transfer that has to land at a given height
- Surrounding equipment that sets constraints a standard arrangement does not cover
