A continuous powered route through a horizontal turn

A NEXUS Curve Conveyor turning printed products between two conveying sections on a working line.

Printed sheets carried on a dark modular belt curve conveyor, leaving a printing machine on a working line.
On-site production Printed sheets leaving the press on the curve.

The project

What the line needed, and what NEXUS did.

The requirement

A printing line needed to redirect products between conveying sections while maintaining a continuous powered path through the turn.

The engineering response

NEXUS supplied a Curve Conveyor using a modular plastic belt. The turn geometry and end connections were configured around the production-line route.
